Oman - Muscat

Went diving here in June 2009 with I think Global Scuba (can't remember exactly). The best diving here is from October through May when the sea is calm and the water warms up. Diving here is good. You can head to Oman's northernmost region of Musandam, which juts into the Strait of Hormuz at the mouth of the Persian Gulf. This rugged, remote land has nutrient rich waters that support a massive amount of diversity and abundance of marine life.
