OutZeal is a user-generated content platform. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, or publish. OutZeal does not review all content before it is published and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user submissions.

3. Prohibited Content

OutZeal maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Users must not upload content that is:

• Illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• Political, religious or promotes racism.
• Copyright-infringing or sexually explicit.
• Harassing, abusive, or harmful.

4. Content Removal Policy

OutZeal reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms immediately upon detection or report. Any user who acts abusively or posts inappropriate content will be reviewed, and objectionable material will be removed, within 24–48 hours of a report being submitted. Accounts that repeatedly violate platform policies may be suspended or permanently terminated.

5. DMCA Copyright Policy

OutZeal respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The URL of the infringing content.
• A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.
• Your contact information.
• Your full name as an electronic signature.

Valid notices will be processed promptly, and infringing material will be removed or disabled. Reports may be submitted via our Contact Page.

6. Changes to Terms

OutZeal may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
